The Eeyou Eenou Police Force (EEPF) Commission will be hosting EEPF’s Recognition Awards Ceremony, celebrating officers who have demonstrated exceptional dedication and service to their communities.
The ceremony will take place in Waswanipi during the 52nd Annual General Assembly of the Grand Council of the Crees and 49th Annual General Assembly of the Cree Nation Government.
Community members and colleagues are invited to submit nominations to honour officers who have gone above and beyond the call of duty. These awards recognize acts of bravery, outstanding commitment and meaningful contributions that positively impact public safety and well-being. Both former and current officers can be nominated for their service.
Nominations are now open until July 10, 2026.
To submit a nominee, community members can either click here to the online form or visit their local detachments for a paper copy and submit by email at recognitionawards@eepf.ca.
