Supplementary Retention Premium
- A Supplementary Retention Premium of $5,000 (minimum of 6 months of services with EEPF)
- A Supplementary Retention Premium of $10,000 at the 12-month anniversary date of the recruitment bonus payment
Special Allowance
- An Officer assigned to work in a Cree community is entitled to a special allowance of a maximum of $10,000
Home Leave
- 3 home leaves per reference year
Growth Premium
- A Growth Premium of $2000 at the 2, 5 10,15,20, 25 and 30 years of service with EEPF
Night shift Premium
- Less than 7 years of service with the EEPF = $500
- 7 years and more years of service with the EEPF = $1,000
Overtime Time
Overtime can be banked up to a maximum of 150 hours
Annual Vacations
- 1 to 15 years of services, a total of 168 hours
- Maximum of 288 hours
Sick Leave
- 108 hours of sick leave for permanent officers only
Cultural Leave for Cree Beneficiaries
- 3 days (12 hours shift)
- 5 days (8 hours shift)
Seniority Premium
- 2 – 5 years of service: $250
- 6 – 10 years of service: $500; and
- 11+ years of service: $750
For permanent officers only
